Raised in Colorado Springs, CO, I moved to San Diego in 2005. Sold everything in Sept. 2016 to travel & teach all I've been taught. With the help of my first mentor my personal transformation led me to become certified as a Spiritual Mentor so that I can share with others the gifts that have been given to me. This also inspired my Yoga Instructor Certification. Always guided by my strong intuition, healing work and teaching are my true passions and life's calling. My personal journey and healing work solidifies this calling. others describe me as having very strong, loving energy and a deep connection with the spiritual world and nature. I absolutely love to practice and teach all limbs/branches of yoga, especially meditation.
