I didn't always imagine myself teaching yoga, but some wish or intuition kept prompting me to enroll in a teacher training program. Now a graduate of both the 200 and 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training at TAYS, I am passionate about helping people discover for themselves the joys and benefits of yoga (and I believe wholeheartedly in following your intuition!) My classes invite you to tune in to your body, breath and mind with thoughtfulness, curiosity and compassion. I bring similar qualities to my “day job” as a psychotherapist at Therapeutic Approach Health Centre, where I work with individuals, couples and families. Always looking for ways to support people seeking health and positive change in their lives, I will often recommend yoga, or incorporate elements of mindfulness and body awareness into my work as a therapist.
