Here is some more info about me:
I firstly studied Sivananda Yoga in Kerala under Mahadev Chatainya and then Akhanda Yoga with Yogrishi Vishvketu, in Rishikesh. I am also a Level 3 personal trainer with five years experience, accredited with the YMCA and have since worked in London’s top gyms - from the more spit and saw dust weights gyms to high-end venues such as Matt Roberts Personal Training. I think the greatest lesson, beyond the technical knowledge I have gained about the human body, has been discovering how to bring joy to learning any given discipline, in which I offer tuition. The aim, I feel, ought to be to improve focus and mood, not just health.
I'm also a trained youth worker and community worker so clearly enjoying people for who they are has always been my passion. Although I learnt yoga as a child, I started my journey towards self-improvement for myself, when I took up Shoalin Kung Fu and Tai Chi 13 years ago. I continue to seek new ways to broaden my understanding and add to my knowledge of both body and mind.
