I discovered Yoga in 2001 in London. It has been since then a continuous discovery of its potential for health, well being, spiritual insights and transformation.
My Yoga practice and teaching is a fusion of the Satyananda tradition and the Mindfulness approach. I also practice meditation which I have learned by assisting to Vipassana courses, retreats in Plum Village and since 2010 retreats and courses in Tibetan Buddhism.
Other discipline that I have practiced: Capoeira, oriental dance, sacred clowning.
Classes are in Spanish with possible translation in English or French.
