I am from the UK but have been living in Sri Lanka for the past 15 years. I teach Kundalini yoga at the Sat Sangat Yoga Shala which is a focal point for the local community to engage is all activities related to health and well being. From yoga classes, to aerobics to gong therapy and inspirational talks and workshops, this is a supporting a loving space where everyone is welcome to become part of a community committed to healthy intentional living. I love teaching yoga and meeting different people from all walks of life and finding ways to stay inspired and uplifted to positively affect the environment that we all share.
