I offer private classes in my garden or in your own home, specifically designed for your body. My classes are based on the teachings of Hatha yoga and can be either slow and relaxing or energetic and strong depending on your requirements. A session will typically last and hour and 20 minutes and will include asanas and pranayama to calm the mind.
Yoga is amazing for back pain management, stabilizing the metabolism and can be a useful tool for treating depression.
Since qualifying as a teacher in 2015 with my mentor Dr Venky, I have become more interested in therapeutic yoga and helping my students to nurture and heal themselves. I strongly believe yoga is for everyone, regardless of age, experience or flexibility.
