Sara is Certified Sampoorna Yoga Teacher (200 hours) and Yin Yoga Instructor (50 hours). She has attended two years of Shiatsu school and experienced other holistic practices.
Sara started her yoga path in 2010 at Sampoorna Yoga Brussels and through the practice and the knowledge of every day new discover, she has found a new opening in her bodymind. She has been experiencing different yoga styles and decided to embrace also the teaching path. After spending some intense weeks at the Ashram of Shri Yogi Hari in 2017, she became a Sampoorna Yoga Teacher.
Sara considers that "Yoga is everything", as her Guru has teached her and lives according to the convintion that the practice and the positive mind applied in our day lives produce happiness and deep transformation. Greatful for her life path, Sara brings her yoga knowledge also in her artistic path, considering art as another beautiful manifestation of the Divine.

Great Teacher

An amazing experience with Sara

With sweetness, dedication and experience, Sara holds fun lessons, always varied and challenging, suitable for those who are passionate about yoga. At the end of the practice, I feel more relaxed and calm, thanks to the positive energy that Sara transmits to me.

Le lezioni di yoga sono sempre molto piacevoli. Sara è sempre attenta e professionale. La prima parte della lezione è di riscaldamento, la seconda è più fisica e dinamica. Il giusto equilibrio!

I only had the chance to experience online classes, however I have been practicing yoga for a while with many different teachers and I really enjoyed every single class with Sara, classes are always balanced between relax and hard work. Very clear explanations.

Good vibes and well-being

When you join Sara for a yoga class you are in for a session of focusing on yourself and your well-being. Sara is an experienced teacher who explains all exercises very well and is easy to understand. Above all, she is good energy and positive vibes. You always leave her classes feeling energised and being glad for having done something good to your body. You should try it!

Sara I a great surprise for me as a Yoga Teacher!
She is very professional and experienced.
She manages in her lessons all participant’s level and gives the right instructions to everybody according to them.

A Peacefull way to increasing the strenght of your body

I follow sara's yoga class now during the quarantine, it is very helpfull we work on different levels...body and mind; she is very professional respecting the tradition of the yoga itself following us and correct when necessary!

Una pratica perfetta

Sara è un'ottima insegnante. Ti permette di entrare nella pratica con concentrazione e apertura, guidando ogni movimento in maniera chiara e precisa.

GREAT YOGA CLASS

Pratico yoga da un anno e mezzo in una scuola milanese, ma in questo periodo è chiusa a causa del coronavirus.
Apprezzo pertanto molto le lezioni on line di Sara Vilardo.
Più specificamente, mi piacciono molto le sue lezioni per una serie di motivi, che di seguito sinteticamente espongo:
 Esposizione chiara, sia pure in inglese;
 dimostrazione delle posizioni;
 sequenze utilizzate;
 pazienza dell'insegnante, che ci segue, nonostante la distanza;

 chiarezza del video zoom;
 durata della lezione;
 orario della lezione;
 possibilità di dare feedback e fare osservazioni dopo la lezione;
 possibilità di partecipare o meno, decidendo di volta in volta.
In definitiva, sono molto grata di questa possibilità, soprattutto perché eseguite in questo momento particolare.
