My intention is to offer classes where breath and alignment are key, together with intentional, creative sequencing. In my flow and power classes every pose serves a purpose and leads up to a peak pose or into deeper exploration of a particular theme of asana. My restorative classes ground, relax, and soothe with a healing touch.

A journalist by trade, I took my first yoga class at Exhale in 2005 and I haven’t stopped since. At first a means to relieve myself of back pain and stress, yoga has become an indispensable and essential part of my life. I teach intelligent, alignment-based vinyasa flow, power flow, chair yoga, and restorative yoga. I’m honored to give gratitude to my teachers Nikki Vilella, Isaac Peña, and Stefanie Eris.
