I first entered an Iyengar Yoga class in 2000, to get back in shape after the birth of my daughter. I was instantly hooked and soon realised I'd found something much more profound than just stretching for physical benefits.
I trained to teach and qualified in 2011, as soon as financially possible, I left my career to teach full time.
My personal development is on-going and I qualified to Junior 1 Level in 2015.
Yoga is a way of life that I give daily thanks for discovering.
