I teach and practice, every day, yoga and mindfulness meditation. I have travelled around the world and been inspired by teachers from many traditions and styles. I follow Krishnamacharya's motto of adapting the yoga to the individual and not the individual to the yoga. My teaching is enthused with lessons learnt from Iyengar yoga paying great attention to details of anatomy and alignment, from Ashtanga emphasising the importance of discipline, structure and strength, and from Sivananda for building core stability and exploring periods of rest and relaxation for balance and peace of mind.
