I teach and practice, every day, yoga and mindfulness meditation. I have travelled around the world and been inspired by teachers from many traditions and styles. I follow Krishnamacharya's motto of adapting the yoga to the individual and not the individual to the yoga. My teaching is enthused with lessons learnt from Iyengar yoga paying great attention to details of anatomy and alignment, from Ashtanga emphasising the importance of discipline, structure and strength, and from Sivananda for building core stability and exploring periods of rest and relaxation for balance and peace of mind.

Very good teacher

Sarah have introduced me to the basic of Joga. She is a very good teacher, Very undetstandable to the ability of each student. She has a wide knowledge of Joga history and is able to tend for it.

Gentle and inspirational

I was fortunate in attending quite a few of Sarahs Yoga classes recently on my 2 week break in Santa Maria, Cape Verde and although I am currently suffering with the most painful stage of a 'frozen shoulder' and so found many positions to be unattainable for me, Sarah was very helpful in suggesting a series of yoga positions that might be of benefit and improve my current very limited mobility.Once again I found Sarah to be knowledgeable, caring and very professional in all aspects of her teaching and would have no hesitation in recommending her to others of any ability.
