Sarah grew up in Idaho where she developed a deep appreciation for physical activity and wellness as she learned to hike, bike, and ski in the mountains around her hometown. After college she spent 6 years in Seattle, WA where she completed her yoga teacher training at Be Luminous Yoga, a Baptiste-inspired studio. She has gone on to study yoga for athletes and creative flow sequencing for vinyasa yoga. She finds inspiration in the power of yoga to be both a disciplined practice to strengthen and heal the body, as well as a creative, free-flowing dance that unites the breath, body and spirit. During her time in Seattle Sarah was a full time yoga teacher and studio manager at the Grinning Yogi, where she also lead teacher trainings and continuing education workshops. Sarah moved to Utah in October of 2015, and has since founded Seek Studio SLC. She teaches powerful vinyasa classes with unique physical and theme-based sequencing designed to help you experience the physical and spiritual benefits of yoga. She brings a real-life perspective to her teaching and hopes to inspire you through music, movement, breath, and a change in perspective.
Sarah holds a Masters of Science degree in Holistic Nutrition and is an RYT200 teacher with a focus on powerful flowing vinyasa classes.
