Sarah Rose Bogden is a 200 hour registered yoga instructor who has spent the last two years teaching, traveling, and ruminating on her blog at Sarah found her way to the practice of yoga in 2012 originally seeking physical exercise, but her practice has since transcended into much more. Since graduating from Kula Yoga Shala in 2014 she has found that an integral part of the practice is community. Her practice emphasizes loving compassion for all beings, healing, and better quality of breath to improve total well-being and mindfulness. Sarah's teaching style is a direct reflection of her honest appreciation for the authentic practice of yoga. It is her intention to carry her practice on and off the mat and to encourage others to do the same.
