Sarah has been practising yoga since 2006 & has since explored many styles of yoga. Following a 2-year BWY course at The Yoga Academy she qualified as a yoga teacher in 2013. Sarah believes that every 'body' can reap the benefits of a regular yoga practice, physically, mentally & emotionally.
Sarah teaches Hatha yoga, in both vinyasa & restorative styles. Each student is encouraged to work at their own level & to find their own path. Classes are infused with lightness & fun.
With a professional background in cancer & palliative care nursing & her yoga experience Sarah advocates the therapeutic benefits of yoga for people suffering with physical & mental conditions.
