Sarah teaches strong, accessible, and alignment based yoga. She is empowering and encouraging, and offers a balance between playful practice and deeper inward reflection. Expect a blend of light hearted humour, precise cues, and breath lead movement.
In all the classes Sarah teaches there is a continual emphasis on personal autonomy and choice. Options and modifications are offered for all levels to allow students to tailor the practice to their body and needs on any given day.
Sarah took her first yoga class in 2004 and immediately sensed this was a way to live a far more connected, present, and happier life. Slowly over the years she became completely hooked on yoga, and it became the perfect antidote to her busy career in the financial PR industry. In 2011 she decided to leave the corporate world and train to teach under the expert guidance of Mimi Kuo-Deemer and Jean Hall at triyoga.
Sarah is a continual student and has had the joy of continuing her training with leading teachers including Jason Crandell, Katy Appleton, Donna Farhi, Bo Forbes and Kristen Campbell. She teaches vinyasa flow, pregnancy, mum & baby and the triyoga hot sequence.
