wonderful experience

the only previous experience of yoga had been my 6 month attendance at a local Hatha class which I enjoyed immensely. However when I joined Sara's Dru yoga class I was totally unprepared for the very deep level shift that followed.
As I am vision-impaired it was difficult for me to see yoga positions but Sara assisted me with patience and gentleness. Dru has assited me to clear old baggage that I had carried around for many years. It is exhiliarating to feel joy and tranquility enter my life at a deply profound level.
it has been beautiful Sara and her refined deliverance of Dru yoga that has singularly been the most profound leap on my own spiritual path. thank you to the Divine Universe for this wonderful manifestation.

Sarah's warmth and humour have created a special bond among learners in the classes I attend. We feel good in each other's company and enjoy the way Sarah leads us through the movements with step by step instructions. It is noteable that one class member with very limited vision can join in on the strength of the instructions alone with a few personal corrections from Sarah.

Heart aware yoga

Sarah offers a vibrant and energetically powerful class of Dru yoga. She is very professional and knowledgeable, teaches with excellent attention to detail and makes every class accessible and interesting for all levels of experience. Sarah's classes are wonderful for clearing energy blocks, strengthening the body and overall relaxation.

Dru Yoga and Meditation classes with Sarah

Sarah is positively inspiring in her classes. Dru Yoga is for everyone, at any level of physical abilities due to the modifications that are taught. Sarah has an unique ability of language that teaches movement, breath and flow with effortless timing. Her passion for wellbeing, world peace and living from your 'heart space' is infectious. I have much gratitude for her guidance in my yoga practice.
