I have been practicing yoga since I was a child and teaching for the past 5 years. For my whole life I have been fascinated with the body, it's many functions and it's innate ability to heal.
I teach a flowing style of Hatha yoga, blended with tips and tricks I have learnt from a lifetime of movement and practical research to help you move well and feel great. My love and curiosity of movement has lead me down the path of studying yoga, weightlifting, functional fitness, personal training and now clinical exercise physiology.
