Sarah has been practicing yoga since 2005 and teaching yoga in the Gila Valley since 2013. She believes that yoga has the power to create positive transformation by bringing balance to our bodies and our lives and was inspired to teach after experiencing the benefits of a regular practice. In 2014 she began to study with the Anusara School of Hatha Yoga through Yoga Village in Scottsdale, AZ. As of 2017, she has graduated with a 500 Hour Yoga Teacher Certification and is registered with Yoga Alliance. Additionally, she has attended Advanced Yoga Teacher Training and a variety of workshops to refine her skills and knowledge. Sarah teaches actives and gentle classes that combine both strength and flexibility training with a strong focus on physical alignment. Yoga has helped Sarah create a life filled with profound peace, joy, and freedom and she is excited to share the benefits of this practice with her friends and community.
