A certified teacher of Gentle Vinyasa Yoga, Viniyoga (RYT200 Yoga Alliance), I offer group or private sessions of Viniyoga, Gentle Vinyasa Yoga, as well as dynamic Flow classes. In my Gentle Vinyasa Yoga classes, asanas (postures) are taken in gentle movements synchronized with breath, and variations of postures can be offered to suit your personal needs and level of practice. In my more dynamic Hatha flow classes, particular emphasis is placed on breath and mindful movement to suit all levels of practice. My sessions are generally composed of pranayma, asana sequences, and a brief mindfulness meditation.
