A certified teacher of Gentle Vinyasa Yoga, Viniyoga (RYT200 Yoga Alliance), I offer group or private sessions of Viniyoga, Gentle Vinyasa Yoga, as well as dynamic Flow classes. In my Gentle Yoga classes, asanas are given in gentle movements synchronized with breath, and variations of postures can be offered to suit your personal needs and level of practice. In my more dynamic Yoga flow classes, I place particular emphasis on breath and mindful movement to suit all levels of practice. My sessions are generally composed of pranayama, asana sequences, and a brief mindfulness meditation.
