Sarah Haden RYT collaborated with Hugh Poulton SYT to help develop IYM - integrated yoga + mindfulness.
The IYM approach teaches students how to work with their minds as much as their bodies, how to unlock flexibility and work with the stiffest muscle, the one between their ears. It explores 1st and 2nd brain intelligence and how to listen and communicate using both – in standalone mindfulness practices and IYM sequences. This approach develops a toolkit to self-reference in all actions and activities.
Their outside-the-box approach is fresh, direct & relevant, a product of Hugh’s 30+ years of yoga + mindfulness experience and Sarah’s contemporary perspective.
