Sarah Hansen has been practicing yoga for over 20 years, and has been fortunate to have many amazing teachers. She firmly believes yoga is for everyone, regardless of age, body type or skill level. She completed her 200hr Yoga Teacher Training at the Mystical Yoga Farm in Guatemala in the spring of 2015, and then became certified as a Yoga for Round Bodies™ teacher. Sarah has been practicing and studying mindfulness meditation under Andrew Safer since 2011. Sarah’s focus is gentle, mindful yoga that gets people moving their bodies, often for the first time in their lives.
