Sarah's own experience has included Hatha, Astanga, Bikram and Yin disciplines. This greatly informs her teaching style today, with an emphasis on helping you to develop strength, mental focus and breath control.

Hot pod heaven!!!

I've just finished Sarah's first hot pod session at long Bennington, & feel fab!
Took a little while to adjust to the heat, & I am hoping I have lost half a stone in perspiration. I came out looking like I'd just been thrown into the river Witham, but thoroughly enjoyed it & have just signed up for 10 sessions!
I've been a regular at some of Sarah's other practises, & this is a great new twist. Give it a go!!

Sarah has recently started Yoga classes at my salon. I wanted to take part in the sessions but was a bit reluctant as i had sustained an injury in a class run by a different teacher and i wasnt sure if my knee was up to it. I found the class run in an experienced but relaxed way, movements were explained well and different options given to cater for different levels of ability and/or experience. Sarah has a loyal and growing following and has a genuine passion for yoga which is obvious in the way she teaches and her classes are a valued addition for our clients.

Tadasana has changed my management of my stress levels!

Sarah is an amazing teacher who really takes the time to help you and your body mould to the yoga teachings. She not only takes her time with you and the postures you are trying to achieve but also provides background on the postures and their origination and what they will do for your body. I would highly recommend trying her if you haven't already done so, you won't want to go to any other yoga class but her's once you have!!! xxx

Sarah is a great teacher. Her classes have always helped me de-stress after a long day at work. Sarah always makes sure we are doing the moves correctly & safely. I can highly recommend Sarah as a yoga teacher & always enjoy her classes very much.

Yoga in Foston

As a complete newcomer to Yoga I am now an enthusiastic member of the class thanks to Sarah's considerate and warm manner and expert teaching skills. I always look forward to the class and can be sure that I will be encouraged to work hard but within my limits. She takes great care to ensure that all members of the group, experienced or otherwise, have a very positive and enjoyable experience.
