I teach hatha yoga and specialise in womens health and well-being.
My experience is wide I have worked closely supported clients who are having and have need some support around the first stage, then worked closely together up to pregnancy using gentle practices to nurture and yoga Nidra to provided a restful and healing space.
I also support students at Nottingham Trent university with a lunch time session to build confidence and provide them a space to relax and let go of tension and anxiety. I run my own drop in yoga sessions on a Thursday evening. I work with people individually and I have supported business who have needed an away day , we have learnt useful yoga poses and delivered mindfulness practices to take away and use in the workplace.
