Sarah is a creative teacher and incorporates not only a mixture of her favorite styles (Yin, Hatha and Vinyasa), but also tries to include her experience as a massage therapist and occasionally include self-massage techniques, self-reflexology and even Thai partner yoga. Sarah teaches a beautiful blend of Hatha, Yin and Vinyasa Yoga, classes may include starting off with visualisation and pranayama (breathing techniques) to bring the attention to the body and to the present, gently warming up movements, linking breath and movement, then moving on to gentle Vinyasa; stimulating energy and heat in the body, classes also include Yin postures, holding each posture for 3-5 minutes, encouraging the body to open slowly creating a deeper stretch and allowing the mind to soften and sow down, then classes usually finish off with meditation or yoga nidra.
