I have been practicing and teaching yoga for many years, it is not just a discipline to me, it is a way of maintaining a healthier lifestyle. I have studied under many different teachers and merged many different styles into my own unique freedom blend of yoga, movement, mindfulness and meditation. Always with emphasis on the relationship of breath.
I run a varied selection of classes including Hatha, Flow, Mindful, De-stress, Uplifting, Male Only and Family Fun.
Along side the yoga i hold personal therapy sessions of Meditation Massage to help people with emotional and physical stress.
