I've been practicing yoga for 12 years and trained under Robin Buck at Jane's House of Well Being for my RYT 200 hour certification. I love to teach my students to create space in the body, use their breath to calm both the mind and body and work inward to find what is real and present. Spinal twists and lateral bends are my favorite. :)
