I've been teaching yoga for nine years in a variety of settings. I've taken two 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Trainings, one 500-Hour and several workshops. I teach alignment based yoga with a focus on developing core strength and stability. I love incorporating work on fascia, organs and energy. I love both group classes and private lessons. I enjoy working with beginners and intermediate students. We all come from different backgrounds and body histories. Learning to unravel long-held tension patterns and programing is really fun. I Love working with people who have chronic pain, figuring out the source of the problem and creating lasting changes.
