Sarah is a laughter professional, linking her BA in English, BFA in Photography and MA in Adult Education with outrageous intentional healthy laughter. After teaching high school and serving as Executive Director for two non-profits, Sarah became certified in Laughter Yoga and named a Laughter Ambassador by founder of Laughter Yoga, Dr. Madan Kataria. Founder of Laugh for the Health of It,, Sarah is a sought-after Keynote Speaker and conference presenter. For more than a decade Sarah has wowed audiences with her expertise, enthusiasm and innovative interactive approach toward event planning, corporate wellness and personal stress management. A coloring book artist with 4 books and a laughter planner, a published photographer and poet, Sarah incorporates creative tools to generate a memorable experience. Sharing laughter with Sarah becomes a catalyst for personal and group transformation, putting participants in the driver’s seat of their attitudes so they can have the influence and impact they intend.
Sarah has trained in Reiki and Reflexology and cares deeply about health and wellness. As a certified Laughter Yoga Leader and Teacher she has provided 1-1 laughter coaching to professionals, laughed with hospice patients and their caregivers, featured at Health Conferences and Trainings, Women’s Retreats, Fund Raising Events and Humor Festivals. Sarah inspires others to lead happier, healthier, more meaningful lives through laughter, which ultimately helps them to unlock their full potential.
