I was lucky enough to complete my 200 hr YTT with Sarah. She is an outstanding teacher bringing a wealth of knowledge of chakra and ayurvedic medicine, and seamlessly integrates this into a dynamic vinyasa flow class. I couldn't recommend Sarah highly enough!
I was fortunate enough to train under Sarah Walsh the summer of 2014 in Greece, where I became a 200 RYT through Drishti Yoga. Sarah is an highly dedicated teacher with a genuine love for yoga & the benefits it offers to each & every student. She is extremely knowledgable in the Chakras, Ayurveda science, meditation & yoga philosophy in general. She is highly skilled as a teacher & an admitted lifelong student.
I came out of training feeling physically & mentally stronger & healthier than I have in my entire life & made lifelong friends through the Drishti Yoga international teacher program.
Sarah is a very calm and inspirering teacher. I love her classes, cause she surprise me everytime. She has an amazing calmness around her and a hugh knowledge about the asanas which makes me very safe. She is an intelligent teacher and very aware of her students. She gives good modifications which makes her classes challenging for everyone. I recommend everyone to take her class - you will by gurantee walk out of class feeling strong, uplifted and inspired by the the lovely Sarah Walsh.
I completed my 200 hour vinyasa teacher training and 100 hour of advanced teacher training with Sarah. She is extremely knowledgable, excited about sharing her love of yoga with her students and teaches an awesome vinyasa class. She is the best!
Sarah Walsh trained me in my 200-hour certification program in 2014 and I feel fortunate to have learned under her guidance. Beyond being an extremely experienced teacher, I found her classes to be deeply spiritually fulfilling. She is well versed in chakra work and is able to seamlessly blend this knowledge and various breathing techniques into her vinyasa classes. Her classes are physically demanding, but also soul reaching. I only wish I lived closer so that I could continue studying under her.
