After 12 years of dabbling in yoga and 3 years of intentional practice and studying, I have come to appreciate yoga as an avenue to reconnect with my authentic self. The practice of yoga allows one to get out of the head and into the body. It’s a sanctuary for healing and releasing the struggles, stress, and wounds that we emotionally, physically, and spiritually experience in the normal course of life. I will lead you through the practice of Rasa yoga inspiring a stronger body, a softer heart, and a well-nourished soul. I love to blend rich themes with alignment cues and hands on adjustments while maintaining an uplifting and ever expansive heart-opening practice. My goal is for students to feel empowered and connected with their authentic self while melting away the stresses of the day. I look forward to sharing a sweet practice with you. Namaste <3
