An open-mind and humbleness, brings her pro-active, kind, and a compassionate heart to every class she teaches. A dedicated Mom, she loves to PLAY and spend time with friends and family. When not at home or teaching, she enjoys practicing/learning/studying Yoga, reading, hiking, cooking, traveling, dancing and LIVE MUSIC!
