I took my first hot power yoga class in December of 2011 and was immediately hooked! I found the practice complimented my other physical activities, which tend to include, running, spinning, sitting in long work meetings, and chasing my two sons around.
For me, my yoga practice has been an essential tool for self study and growth. I enjoy a challenging practice, particularly in the Baptiste style, where depending on the day, the challenge may be to work harder, to ease up, or to try something new.
I received my 200RYT Certification in May of 2014 at the Cape Ann Yoga School studying under Elizabeth Huntsman DeAngelis. I endeavor to bring to each class I teach, the opportunity for challenge, growth and inspiration.
