I was raised in Muktananda's ashram in Ganeshpuri, India, until I was 12 years old. What I was taught there gave me a perspective on life, the universe and everything (the answer is 42, haha) which I am hugely grateful for.
I'm an artist, a lady, a geek, a wild child, a mother, a friend. I've experienced challenges and growth, and learned to recognise the Gifts that come from the stormy skies. I believe there are adventures around every corner, and am very happy to share this one with you today ?
There comes a point in life when we realise that we cannot control everything and must learn to let go, but it's not an easy thing to do. Bhakti Yoga has always led me through the fog, and Kirtan chanting in particular — it's a great way to give the mind a break and cleanse emotional tensions.
Welcome to you, intellectuals and overthinkers! Welcome to you who are exhausted — here you will find release, relief and renewal. There is a place inside of yourself which is peaceful, beyond the buffeting winds, and you can access it.
The experience of surrendering and letting ourselves be led to that place is itself an adventure: one of wonder, tears, laughter and joy. Many doors are opened, and bliss lies on the other side.
