I found yoga on my journey towards practices that enhance my potential. I fell in love and became specifically interested in crafting a daily (or as close as I can get) sequence that combines techniques in order to maintain a strong posture, and consequently a clearer mind.
Traditionally, yoga was taught in private sessions, and this is the style that I like, as I am able to connect and understand my client's needs. Through hands-on adjustments and variations my clients are able to go deeper into the poses, achieving greater results.
So far, the teachers who have been the most influential are Sean Haleen, Jason Crandell, Annie Carpenter, Talia Sutra, Sadie Nardini and Ana Forrest. Although, my greatest teachers are always my students.
