I am a passionate Yoga teacher, Therapist and Hooper whose creative classes foster awareness of the body, breath, mind and the connection to the world around us.
My gentle flow classes blend the precision and alignment of Iyengar Yoga with the fluidity and creativity of Vinyasa flow. The classes are infused with the introspection and depth of meditation to help student’s moves past conditioned mental patterns to reveal the stillness of inner peace contained within each being.
Through my dedicated practice of Vipassana and Mindfulness meditation, I realize that the peace we long for is within our own beings, so I dedicated to sharing this remembrance in my teachings.
My passion for health, wellness, spirituality and travel have taken me on a journey of study and practice all over the world. My life has been incredibly nourished and transformed by her deep experiences in retreat, visiting and receiving grace from many sacred holy sites, temples, and study with living Masters and non dualist teachers such as Adyashati and Mooji, I fuse my study of western medicine, as a trained and qualified nurse, with the passion for alternative medicine , having trained and qualified as an acupuncturist and cranial-sacral therapist.
