An inter-disciplinary Yoga & meditation teacher-practitioner-teacher trainer, I came to Yoga from movement background (dance and athletic) in mid '90s. I joined my first Yoga teacher training program as an effort to understand the mechanics of women's aging bodies.

A Bali-born Indonesia's first KRI Professional teacher trainer oand KRI Certified Levels 1 & 2 Kundalini Yoga Teacher (currently undergoing Level 3 Kundalini YTT), my classes are holistic and student-centred, poetic and uplifting, suitable for beginners and seasoned practitioners who are ready to deepen their practice with self-inquiry. I weave the physical and philosophical aspects of Yoga with daily spiritual practice, making this ancient wisdom relevant for today's lifestyle.

I have been facilitating Yoga & Wellness workshops and retreats since 2003, and teach at Yoga Alliance approved Hatha-Vinyasa and Kundalini Yoga teacher training programs internationally since 2010. I returned to Bali to spread the sacred teachings of Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan to fellow Balinese and other Indonesian natives. This year, we graduated the second round of KRI Certified Level 1 Instructors in March.

Formally trained as a school teacher (intermediate-senior), I have been a teacher for more than 30 years, having taught in the public system, colleges and universities, in Canada and in Indonesia, as well as 1st and 2nd degrees Usui Reiki at Seneca College, in the Continuing Education Certificate Program (Holistic Health), and attuned Reiki Masters privately.

Other than being a Yoga & meditation educator, I am also certified as holistic wellness & spiritual lifestyle coach, labour & post-partum doula, Reiki Master Teacher, and an ULC Minister.

Born and raised in Bali where Yoga is a devotional lifestyle, I am passionate about providing loving service to others, empowering them to make healthy lifestyle choices, and inspiring them to find their own gateways to wholeness (self-integration, Sat Nam).
