Scott Neisser: She began studying and practicing yoga over twenty-five years ago as a natural transition from a professional dancing career. She studied a variety of styles and teachers in Los Angeles, and intensively with Anna Delury, a senior Iyengar teacher. She continues to grow and learn from other teachers, and has attended many workshops and teacher trainings; including John Schumacher, Kofi Busia, Sandra Pleasants and Barbara Benagh. “Scott” is drawn to the structure and alignment of Iyengar yoga but still explores and incorporates other styles such as flow, yin and restorative. She sees every students strengths and loves helping them become more aware and comfortable in their body. She hopes to take any intimidation out of coming to a class and truly believes everyone can do yoga.
