Sean is a life-long health and fitness enthusiast. He discovered yoga at the age of 10 years young and has been on his journey ever since. As a former track and field athlete, rugby player, and competitive bodybuilder, Sean has long used yoga to complement his sporting activities and help prevent injuries. He also takes a keen interest in using food, herbs, and other natural methods as a means of promoting health and vitality. Sean is a Yoga Alliance approved Registered Yoga Teacher and is certified to teach Kundalini Yoga and the HAWK Hot Yoga Workout.
