I came to yoga in my late 40's following knee surgery. Like lots of guys I thought yoga was a gentle bit of stretching until I took my first class!
I love all kinds of yoga and believe there is something to be gained from every class attended. Yoga has helped me become lean, strong and flexible in body, mind and emotions. I teach to offer these possibilities to my students.
My classes are strong and dynamic, influenced by many styles and movement practices. Breath and movement combined take even the most dynamic practice into the realms of a meditation and this is our intention.
