I found yoga 15 years ago, I fell in love with yoga instantly. The more I practiced the more I began to notice the affects yoga had on my body and mind. It helped ease my anxiety and my migraines. Yoga taught me to really check n with my body and my mind and to learn to let go on my mat. I t really is a work out and a work in. I finally decided to take a 200 hour teacher training thru Sancuary Studios and completed it in 2015 . It helped to deepen my practice and I have been teaching ever since. I teach various styles of yoga however, slow flow yoga is my primary focus. I want to give people the experience of slowing down and taking time out for themselves to really focus on finding their breathe and making a body and mind connection. I hope you gain some of the similar benefits that I found thru yoga while you practice with me.
