Sevasti-Anna fell in love with Yoga from the age of 9 when she read her first Yoga book and from the age of 11, Yoga Practice is part of her daily routine.
Since she then Yoga, is her way of life and positive thinking. She realized that there was so much more to the practice of yoga both on and off the mat and she is continually seeking to evolve her practice and teaching in the areas of pranayama and meditation.
She view yoga as a path to open the heart and come home to that part of ourselves that we so often lose touch with in our busy lives. Sevasti-Anna enjoys teaching to all levels of practitioners; She believes that yoga is for anyone who is willing to step onto the path, no matter what experience or fitness level.
She is an everyday loyal practitioner and as a student, deeply grateful to all her teachers and Swamis and is humbled by her life-long quest to seek and share the true gift of yoga. Sevasti-Anna's favorite moto
“Falling from a posture means you are a human. Getting back into the posture means you are a Yogi."
