My name is Shad.

I started meditating in 2013 as a means to elevate stress, I was undergoing a tremendous transition period in life, leaving my religious upbringing aside as the fundamentals were not aligning with my inner self, as many others from religious backgrounds have experienced in recent years. My meditation practice allowed me to understand a divine connection each creature on the face of the earth shares. Our responsibility to share this love and serve others became clear to me through meditation. In 2014 I took my meditation practice further, attending yoga classes with focus on meditation. Finally, I started to comprehend the changes I’d been experiencing, physically, emotionally, mentally and most of all spiritually. I felt a strong collective sense to share my experience with others. In order to share with others, I decided to educate myself theoretically and practically by attending the yoga teacher program with the blessed Jennifer Fitzsimmons in 2017. My time with Jen brought me to an understanding of yoga and meditation on a theoretical as well as practical basis. The healing undergone during my teacher training brought back an even clearer sense of sharing this divine knowledge with others.

Yoga truly help me harness my life's full potential, leading me to peace, alignment and gratitude within and around me. It brought such a loving positive change in all areas of my life, physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. It’s truly my wish and blessing to share these benefits of yoga and meditation with others.
