i am an extremely dedicated yogini who teaches yoga to every age, every level. my company, mini yogis yoga for kids () is the largest and most creative yoga program for kids in los angeles. we have an incredible, fun, and highly trained staff, offering classes throughout southern california. i also have an international teacher training program where i teach people how to teach yoga to kids ().
for adults, my YOGAthletica program () will teach and challenge anyone of any level of practice.

excellent on line instruction!!!

As a yoga practitioner and a teacher I really appreciate Shana's on line instruction. I've never been instructed personally by her (though i hope to....) I reference her videos regularly in my personal practice and in planning my classes. She is a wealth of great tips and "secrets" for practicing a wide variety of poses.

Simply amazing

Shana came to Milan to teach Mini yogis and YOGAthletica workshops at CentrOlistico. She is one of the most generous and talented yiga teacher I've ever met. She runs workshops without sparing herself, sharing "tips and tricks". I love her!
