Shanna Stein is currently registered with Yoga Alliance as a RYT, which means that they completed their yoga teacher training at an active RYS.
Shanna also teaches bellyfit. When she is not doing yoga she is playing with her 2 dogs and husband. She practices yoga every morning and is always inspiring to learn more and expand her knowledge.
Shanna first started taking yoga as a method to lose weight. The mindfulness and body awareness that yoga has given her helped her to lose close to 100 lbs. The meditation has helped her focus her mind on her fitness goals and helped her to be more aware of what she eats.
Shanna wants everyone no matter age, ability, or fitness experience to feel welcome and safe in her classes. She wants to everyone to have the opportunity to experience this amazing practice.
