I'm Shannon and I have always been involved in the health and wellness industry but it wasn't until Yoga found me that I knew this was going to be a lifestyle for me. It's separate from all other exercises in that it is a a lifestyle that practices self-love and compassion for other beings. You'll be challenged physically in my classes as well as mentally (if you hold something long enough it becomes much more than physical strength), encouraged to step beyond your comfort level, but not to leave you feeling exhausted, to make you feel like you are ready for whatever life has to offer to you. You'll leave feeling mentally, physically, and even possibly spiritually more connected. I teach vinyasa flow, power flow, hip hop yoga, yin, and BUTI yoga. Buti yoga is a sexy, empowering workout that is a combination of yoga, dance, and plyometrics. I specialise in helping women feel more confident in their sex lives through buti yoga practise.
