Shannon comes to Yoga with a rich background in Wellness Coaching, Physical Therapy, Thai Yoga Bodywork, Reiki and Mindfulness Teaching, all contributing to a solid foundation for her spiritual guidance. Shannon teaches from where she lives, incorporating her practice into her “school of life” by gaining and learning from the fruits of each and every moment. Shannon teaches all levels of Yoga and is passionate about slow, deep, introspective types such as Yin and Restorative. With her background in physical therapy she is able to make every pose available to every body. She sees herself as a guide and facilitates the environment for students to realize their own teacher within. Her greatest gift is taking her practice off the mat and into her everyday life AND taking her everyday life and bringing those experiences onto the mat for integration, making each mindful moment grist for the mill of life.
