Yoga is for anyone and everyone.
Limitations such as inflexibility, medical conditions, inexperience, injuries, fear, skepticism etc. are absolutely common and normal. So too is the benefits even just one class will bring.
It's always worth it and it's never too late to start yoga or pick it up again after time off.
