I teach yoga to people who think they can't do yoga because they are not flexible, they are too old, too heavy; etc. If you can breathe, you can do- and benefit from gentle, therapeutic yoga. Group classes include Gentle yoga, Gentle Flow, Chair yoga, Yoga for those with neurological, balance, mobility and related challenges. Sometimes a complimentary consultation is the best place to begin or, even better, a private lesson.
