My teaching is influenced by hatha, ashtanga and vinyasa flow - beginning slowly and generating some heat into the body so that muscles and tissue can stretch and flex safely and easily.
I provide one to one yoga tuition, mixed ability classes, corporate classes, pregnancy, mother and baby and children's yoga.
As well as providing holistic massage, reiki, aromatherapy, reflexology, hot stone massage, indian head massage and corporate massage.
My classes are mixed ability and suitable for everybody, postures are adapted to suit you as individuals, each class has pranayama (breathing) exercises and ends with a relaxation.
One-to-One tuition is provided at a location convenient to you (restrictions apply).
