Sharon has been teaching yoga since 2002, with Iyengar and Scaravelli influences in her teaching, and a strong knowledge of anatomy for movement. Her classes aren't only a “stretching” class, Sharon teaches you to listen to and understand your body, work with injuries, re-balance, strengthen, lengthen and re-energise, showing you how you can bring what you learn at the yoga class into your day-to-day
